We’ve been building our expertise with degrees in early education and social sciences, teaching in public and private schools, Montessori and preschools, serving as executive directors of major not-for-profit organizations, serving as board presidents of learning and community organizations, completing advanced study in management and finance, founding and directing early childhood and school age programs – all this to bring you the background, skills and perspective to have already guided 100’s of early childhood programs in building quality, accreditation, leadership and management and 1000’s of directors, owners and staff teams in their growth and success.
